Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a strategic business development plan that expands customer base and extends global reach

• Connect with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Develop a scalable business development process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople 

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing or relevant

• Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
