Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and experience and understand and respond to customer feedback on reports and dashboards to continuously improve product functionality and efficiency in how clinical operational insights are gathered, integrated, and delivered, including through automation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, pleasant, professional and courteous personality skills.
• Monitor and ensure clinical operations performance goals are maintained and work with the management to optimize staffing, workflows, policies and procedures as needed to meet the goals.
• Develop, review and update policies, procedures, process improvement, training andevaluation that supports efficient clinical operations workflows, productivity and quality improvement.
• Create, analyze and present data and reports as relevant to clinical operations.
• Ability to perform problem cause analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Computer skills including proficiency in use of Google sheets.
• Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.

• Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in science or health care preferred. .

Experience : Minimum 3 -5 years experience in health care.

• Working knowledge of regulations that impact clinical operations (i.e., HIPAA).
• Ability to accurately and efficiently use Health Information Technology systems, familiarity with EMRs are preferred.
