Qualification: LLB / CA / CA +LLB

Role: Manager- Indirect Taxation

Experience : PQE 4 Years

Location: Gurugram

Profile : GST + Customs + Foreign Trade Policy/ DGFT

Role & Responsibilities:

l Should have legal and practical knowledge of the technical issues for Indirect Tax (GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy)

l Must be updated with the latest updates, case laws, notifications, and circulars issued by the

government.

l  Should work with the Business Development team to pitch the clients

l  Research on the case laws for advisory, writ, appeal, etc.

l  Drafting of replies to SCNs and notices issued under the GST Act, Customs Act, LMA Act, etc.

l  Preparation of Annual Return and Reconciliation Statements

l  Handling of Departmental Audits under GST Act

l  Handling of Special Valuation Branch Orders and its related investigations such as finalization of provisional assessments, closure of Provisional Duty Bonds, etc.

l  Appearance before the authorities to explain the submission made.

l  Preparation of the transaction Advisory for the question raised by the client.
