Responsibilities
â &mdash  Working with the Android SDK Java Kotlin NDK
â &mdash  Will be working on Android SDK different versions of Android and how to deal
with different screen sizes
â &mdash  Will be working on Android UI design principles patterns and best practices
Requirements
â &mdash  They need to have a very solid technical background in Android application
development Kotlin etc. It s a Technical role for a leader.
â &mdash  Programming background is a must we love to work with amazing coders.
â &mdash  Detail oriented and be antsy about specifics.
â &mdash  Excellent written and verbal communication skills can explain fluently their
projects approaches and has amazing presentation skills.
â &mdash  Excellent analytical skills Quick problem-solving ability.
â &mdash  Has ability to articulate documents and requirement quickly from open speech
â &mdash  Be able to type fast for documentation / notes / emails to their teams
â &mdash  Knowledge and Use of JIRA / EPIC s Excel Google sheets and Agile Techniques
as per company policies.
â &mdash  Should not work in a silo loves to work in teams and take leadership
â &mdash  Ability to take decisions Need to be able to lead the team does not shy away

from calling the shots
â &mdash  Should be extremely interested in working in a start-up environment towards
the development of cutting-edge products and gadgets
â &mdash  Experience using design and architecture patterns.
â &mdash  Deep understanding of testing processes debugging code version control
repository maintenance.
â &mdash  UI/UX experience
â &mdash  Strong knowledge of Java & Kotlin
â &mdash  Software development experience with strong coding skills is essential.
â &mdash  Experience building services for information delivery from server to mobile
clients working with relevant tools (IDEs ant junit etc. ).
â &mdash  Experience with relational databases (transactional and non-transactional)
database architecture and distributed transaction management.
â &mdash  Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
â &mdash  Experience with open source libraries like Retrofit RxJava Dagger 2 Lottie
â &mdash  Server integration (REST endpoints)
â &mdash  Experience working with the AWS stack
â &mdash  Linux Expertise
â &mdash  Experience shipping one or more backend integrated apps ideally currently
available on Google Play.
â &mdash  Building backend APIs
â &mdash  Work with Android Studio Eclipse IDE.
â &mdash  Very good core knowledge and hands-on experience with servers mobile
hardware software operating systems
â &mdash  Must be willing and thrive working in a dynamic start-up company environment
â &mdash  Must have excellent oral communication skills
â &mdash  Must be confident in brainstorming discussing ideas presenting their work to
team mates clients managers
â &mdash  Must be a Team Player and have a positive outlook to technology engineering
and product development.
â &mdash  Result Oriented! Efficiency and Timeliness is an ingrained aptitude of the
candidate.
â &mdash  The candidate has excellent understanding of their capabilities skills and can
work under schedules timelines Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Project
MS PowerPoint MS Excel MS Word etc. and can present their work through
presentations and graphics documentation.
â &mdash  Should be willing to work in a focused very fast paced young atmosphere and
be able to guide mentor and manage subordinate engineers technicians
interns and other team-members
â &mdash  Must be willing to travel 5-10% of the time between cities and office sites for
client demos training interfacing with other teams as necessary
