Job Description

Required Competencies: * University graduate with a technical degree (mechanical or electrical), with a preference in MBA or equivalent, or a Business graduate with a well-developed understanding of the product and industry. * 10 plus years of experience in after-sales support including 5 to 7 years of management experience and significant understanding of industry concepts and practices. * Proven track record of building and leading organizations to success. * Excellent organizational skills and decision-making ability. * Proven supervisory, leadership and team-building skills. * Commercially and business focused, target-driven with “self-going” initiator skills. * A good working knowledge of sales techniques and methods DEPARTMENT: Aftermarket and Customer Solutions REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: This position reports to the Director of the dealership Salary is no constraint for deserving candidate.
