Job Description

We are hiring for candidates with15+ years of experience and certifications such as NEBOSH, IWCF, Process Safety Professional Certification (CCPSC) - Nurture a world-class HSEQ organization with benchmarked global best-in-class practices. - Frame HSEQ policies in line with best practices - Drive the HSEQ culture and ensure that Cairn meets its organizational goals sustainably, keeping risks at ALARP. - Assure statutory compliance requirements pertaining to HSEQ - Lead expert troubleshooting during a non-compliance or process implementation issue at the asset or site - Oversee and review risk assessment at the asset/site and highlight the same to relevant stakeholders for relevant action - Establish standards for technical evaluation of vendors being empaneled relating to the domains under the purview - Set terms for reference for statutory compliance/ audits within specific domains - Analyze the pattern of non-compliances, identify interlinkages, dependencies and lead development of mitigation strategies to be employed by relevant internal teams - Provide expert technical guidance during the design of all training modules pertaining to domains - Lead introduction of new technologies and external best practices within the domains under purview for continuous improvement - Identify key technical talent within the HSEQ team and develop technical experts within the domain under purview by providing technical guidance - Provide expert guidance on drafting responses to inquiries made by statutory authorities relating to the domains under the purview - Contribute to building a learning organization by continuous improvement through transparent and comprehensive incident investigations and periodic internal and external audits. - Expert knowledge of a minimum of two domains within HSEQ (Drilling & Petroleum Engineering / Process Safety / Projects / Marine) and broad knowledge across other domains - Exposure to international HSEQ standards (IOGP) will be an added advantage - Rules and regulations as per OMR / OISD / DGMS /PESO /MOEF is a must Qualification: BE/B.Tech
