We are hiring for candidates with5+ year’s experience in the Foodservice Industry with exposure to dealing with BTL agencies, Creative Development, and understanding of Sales Management. - Continuous innovation and trials of new activities - Timely execution of the activities - Feedback from the Sales team - Innovation in marketing checklist and timely execution of all the required elements - New restaurant opening performance - Intelligent Analysis, Tracking Performance and Knowledge sharing - Analyzing the restaurant performance on the basis of various parameters such as customer base, acquisition rate, catchment area, etc. and identifying inputs accordingly. - Tracking performance and calculating ROI of every initiative in the restaurants and deriving meaningful learning. - Budget Control and Marketing Innovation - Control expenses and bring Cost Innovation in the activities for the restaurants - Explore marketing avenues specific to the restaurant location and city Qualification – MBA Marketing
