We are looking for a result oriented Assistant IT Manager with ample managerial experience in Hospitality industry equipped with an aptitude for technologies and skill sets to effectively manage IT setup in our Hotels JobDescription ⨀The key responsibilities for the role include: ⨀Efficient IT Incident and Service Request management with reporting to the IT Manager of the hotel, as applicable ⨀Regular interaction with users towards effective and timely closure of daily issues pertaining to application software, hardware, communication & network ⨀Effective inter-departmental coordination towards seamless IT delivery ⨀Effective management of guest IT / Internet requirements and direct interaction as and when required ⨀Effective user management ⨀Effective vendor management ⨀Data networking management ⨀Training of users for effective usage of IT systems ⨀Management of hotel FMS and 3rd party vendor teams for effective support to both internal and external customers ⨀Effective data backup management ⨀Rendering well-coordinated assistance towards IT related initiatives and projects. Tech / MCA from a reputed institution ⨀Additional professional IT certifications will be preferred ⨀5 - 10 years of IT experience in reputed Hospitality companies with proven knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality technologies ⨀Ability to identify business needs and develop solutions ⨀Adequate exposure to hardware, software and networking systems preferably in hospitality domain ⨀Proven exposure to IT compliances and related audits including IT security management ⨀Excellent knowledge of Hospitality software applications (Opera Suite, Simphony/ Micros POS and other hotel management applications including high-end Back Office ERP) and infrastructure ⨀Expertise in managing Hotel guest network, admin and CCTV data networks ⨀Excellent knowledge of LAN and WAN management ⨀Proficiency in management of data backup, retrieval and related best practices ⨀Working knowledge of various Operating Systems, DBs and Office Automation systems ⨀Efficient management of IT related AMCs and SLAs ⨀Exposure to IT related procurements ⨀Excellent written & verbal communication and relationship skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external customers
