REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience: ⨀You own a Bachelor’s degree ⨀You have around 3 to 5 years of experience in SQL, VB6 and Crystal Report development. Technology skills: ⨀Strong and proven background in Information Technology ⨀Expert in MS SQL Store Procedure’s analysis and re-engineering (mandatory) ⨀VB6 (mandatory) ⨀Crystal report ⨀C# (optional) must be opened to learn the language once on board. Personal Skills: ⨀A high level of excellence on the quality of your developments and your requirements to the team. ⨀Pedagogy and commitment on sharing best practices among the team. ⨀Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. ⨀Autonomy and organization, you will be the Indian team technical pillar. ⨀Structured work habits and ability to conform to best practices for software development ⨀Fluency on working with international teams. ⨀Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
