POSITION / DESIGNATION – Tele Manager – B2/C1 (Looking For Female Candidates) RESPONSIBILITIES: The Tele Manager is responsible for driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned Bank Tele locations. Target Achievement ⨀ Arranging training programs for Bank Staff/Tele Sales Managers/Callers on products and selling skills ⨀ Drive sales, and achieve targets through the Bank Tele locations. ⨀ Support Tele Agents for all the queries, accompanying on client calls if required, etc ⨀ The Bank is the key customer of the Tele Manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Managers/officers/staff. ⨀ Engage the employees of the Tele in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any). ⨀ Ensure that all service requirements are met, Policies get booked, and customers are satisfied. ⨀ Activate & Penetrate Tele callers for Insurance Sales. ⨀ Increasing productivity of per seat productivity and site revenue. ⨀ Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half-yearly and Annual Sales Target. PREFERRED CREDENTIALS WORK EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in General Insurance with Telesales or Call center background. QUALIFICATIONS - Graduates / MBA education is desirable.
