JOB TITLE:- Sr. BDE, BDM & Sr. BDM BUSINESS UNIT/ FUNCTION:- Bancassurance CHANNEL/LINE OF BUSINESS:-Bank - Assets & Business Banking MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB 1.Bancassurance 2. Loan attachment, SME client acquisition through HDFC Bank Loan Against Property & Business Banking channel. 3. Channel Development 4. Target vs Achievement 5. One point of contact for the Bank RM 6. Strong alignment with HDFC local Team. 7. Regular activities update to HDFC team KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Duties include, but may not be limited to these) END RESULTS Target achievement Relationship building with the Bank team, client meeting, sales closure. Top Line and Bottom line KEY ACTIVITIES Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders Profitability Performance review- Internal Team and Bank team KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Strong Knowledge in GI products, similar experience in Bancassurance and SME segment. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: MBA with 5-7 years on roll experience in GI and Banca industry with similar exposure in the SME segment.
