Roles and Responsibilities- Expand Company's customer base in the area designated Retain existing or newly acquired customers through customer engagement methods. Visit Customer location for meetings, follow-ups, grievance resolution. Collection and recovery of payment from defaulting customers. Required- Should have personal transportation. Good communication skills. Excellent negotiation & convincing skills. Qualification- Graduate and Mba Background.
