Senior Executive

Job Description

Key Accountabilities: -Plan the manpower for the new & existing restaurants in the Circle. Hire as per new restaurant opening plans. -Explore non-conventional recruitment strategy for each restaurant in the circle as per the restaurant location -Use the BGB method and promote the same and hire at least 40% of recruitment through this channel and ensures the payout happens to at least 50% of them. -Ensuring that all the Hiring should route through HR -Ensure every new employee (Restaurant and support function) undergoes a structured Induction program. -Identifying venues for training programs and processing training venue/other bills. -GPWI/Hewitt Surveys to be conducted as per the timelines. -Execution of Annual EOS and other prestigious HR-related surveys in the circle within target dateline. -Arranging Birthday celebrations, YDF for the City Offices. -Sending Fun@work data on a monthly basis. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: -Preferably from a similar industry. -Should have knowledge of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. -Experience in Bulk Hiring is a must. -Should be confident, result-oriented and able to work independently and well under pressure. -Should have a go-getter attitude. Experience Required: 2-4yrs.
