Responsibilities: • Generating business through the digital platform • Developing & executing an online marketing plan • Managing social media accounts and other online platforms • Developing content and theme for digital marketing including videos • Website query management • Customer Service – Inquiry & grievance management • Regular client support • Coordinating with vendors and consultants • Data management & reporting Requirements § Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Marketing. § Masters/Bachelors in Marketing § Field/Marketing experience in the building material segment is preferred § Good communication, organizational & coordination skills § Quick learner § System driven § Multitasking and flexible § Research skills § Customer development & engagement § Good negotiation skills § Go-getter & proactive § Advance excel is preferred
