Position – Business development Executive Experience – Minimum 3 – 5 Years Location – Indore, Pune Key Responsibilities Understand and coordinate with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the clients’ requirements. Prepare business pitch for prospective clients, research organizations, individual and find new opportunities Make Cold calling, client follow-ups, track weekly calls and appointments. Track new clients, place proposals & get the MOUs done in various industries Prepare quotes, proposals and manage visit, and feedback report Manage Client relationships and meet client expectations. Prepare daily visit report & feedback report. Represent company at various professional Levels and protect organization value by keeping information confidential. Be a single point of contact between the client and the team. Formulating interview schedule, filling reports, recording candidate report, tracking hiring reports and maintain resume database. Maintain candidate’s joining reports, track hiring reports and maintain resume database. Prepare separate file of each and every company and maintain hard copy of various correspondence and signed documents between Career Stroke and the client. Skills Required Experience with lead generation, cold calling, ability to build customer relationship Must have sound contacts in HR Industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Persuasive and goal-oriented. Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly appearance. Keen to expand company sales, clientele and territories. Self-motivated and self-directed. Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
