Job Description: • Pre-Qualification HSE submission to the client for new tender applying. Providing HSE documentation support to Management/ Business development VP. • Preparing HSE Policy, Standard operating procedures, Annual HSE Plan, Risk Management, Emergency management plan, Various checklist , Training matrix And other Site/Client base HSE requirements’ (Rig division) with ref. of OISD 189,205 & other OSHA Guidelines. • Bridging with client to DIL HSE & Fire requirements’. • Selection & leading to the Site HSE Officer/Supervisor for Rig. • Representing Deep industries ltd to the Cairn India Monthly Contractor well control meeting at Gurgaon. • Periodic visit of Rigs when ever needs or ordered by Project head or Director to monitor HSE compliance. • Collecting daily HSE Progress report from Rigs & submitting monthly to client & Our Project head. • Attending external /Audit at sites and conducting Internal Safety audits every quarter. . • Over all Rig HSE & fire support to the management. • Participating In Incident investigations & conducting Third party Training for Rig crew. • PPE Quality selection for site. • Attending internal meeting while called. • Coordinating with client for smooth Rig move & other support. • Evaluating Sub-contractor safety program & performance and ensure they comply with DIL/cairn India requirements’. • Overall HSE In-charge for all Rigs • Cost controlling/ cost management via implementing & monitoring HSE at Rig.( eg. Accident cost, Company Image cost, Engineering cost control, replacement of people cost, Insurance/compensation claim cost, company reputation to the market & clients) • Ensuring Compilation of DGMS, PESO, PNGRB,OISD and other Statuary provisions and obtaining necessary permissions. • Air pollution- monitoring in respect of exhaust gases. • Arranging procurement and maintenance of all fire extinguishers and other fire/safety equipment. • Conducting training for First Aid and Fire drill etc. • Ensuring compliance of work permit requirements • Submission of HSE activity and compliance report on monthly basis. • Preparation of Date Base for Accidents and Near Miss events. • Investigation of all accidents and near miss incidents and submission of reports. • Preparation of specification for Gas detectors/flare detectors/ smoke detectors and ensuring its re
