At Zigsaw we believe that feedback from our users is invaluable in helping us improve our job-portal platform. As a token of our appreciation for your time and effort in providing feedback, we are pleased to offer rewards through our user feedback program.

To participate in our user feedback program, simply share your thoughts and suggestions about our platform by sharing an email at operations.zigsaw@gmail.com We encourage you to be as detailed and specific as possible, and to include any suggestions or ideas that you believe would enhance the value offered by Zigsaw.

The scope of feedback is unlimited and can include everything related to sales, marketing, product, technology OR anything that affects how Zigsaw (or its representatives) interact with companies OR Job-seekers. Below are some just some areas where users can provide feedback, suggestions or ideas.

  1. User Interface and User Experience: Users can provide feedback on the user interface and experience, including ease of use, accessibility, and overall design.

  7. New Features and Functionality: Users can provide feedback on potential new features and functionalities that can be added to the job portal to improve the overall user experience.
  8. Other Suggestions and Ideas: Users can provide feedback on any other suggestions or ideas that they believe can help improve the job portal platform OR our offered services or anything that makes the company better.

Bug Bounty Program

We at Zigsaw take security very seriously and are committed to ensuring the safety and privacy of our users. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the security of our job-portal platform, we are pleased to announce our bug bounty program.

We encourage security researchers to help us identify and fix vulnerabilities by reporting them to our team through this program. In return, we offer rewards for valid reports, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Rewards

Rewards will be based on the severity of the vulnerability reported, as assessed by our security team. The minimum reward for a valid report will be ₹1000 and the maximum reward will be ₹7000

Eligibility

To be eligible for a reward, the vulnerability must:

  • Be previously unreported
  • Be a genuine security issue that could potentially compromise the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of our users’ data or our systems
  • Be reproducible and include enough information for our team to understand and fix the issue
  • Be reported to us in a responsible and ethical manner, and not be publicly disclosed until we have had sufficient time to address it

Ineligible Vulnerabilities

The following issues are not eligible for rewards under this program:

  • Issues related to social engineering, phishing, or other forms of fraud or abuse
  • Issues that are outside the scope of our job-portal platform

Reporting a Vulnerability

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in our platform, please report it to us by emailing operations.zigsaw@gmail.com Please include as much detail as possible, including:

  • A clear and concise description of the vulnerability
  • Any steps or scripts required to reproduce the issue
  • The impact of the vulnerability, including any potential for data loss or system disruption
  • Your contact details and preferred method of communication (email, phone, or encrypted messaging app)

We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 days, and will aim to provide regular updates on the progress of our investigation and resolution of the issue.

This can take place by leaking confidential data by existing employees, hampering work culture, disturbing others, and not doing anything. So in order to avoid such adversity, the company prefers to keep the name disclosed.
  3. To gain timely and suitable resources: Another reason is that recruitment has nowadays become an ongoing process and for the sake of one position numerous applicants come across. Out of it plenty of CV’s are either found under-qualified or overqualified or maybe irrelevant based upon the need of job and time but those pools of CV’s are most likely to be used at future points but candidates do not wish to apply directly again from in the same company from where he/she has been rejected before. So to gain the right kind of person at the right time, companies prefer to keep the name hidden.
  4. To maintain the brand value by safeguarding the work culture: This reason comes in the light when a company hires again and again for the same profile. Hiring for the same profile generally indicates the high attrition rate of the company and unhealthy work culture which showcase a poor brand name in the market. Though companies try to improve on their areas of a loophole but no one wants to reveal the same on the public podium due to which company wishes to hide the name while recruiting.
  5. Don’t want to entertain irrational calls and candidates: Another reason is also that, if the jobs are advertised openly, hence finding contact number or address becomes the easy part for the job seeker and many such candidates directly make vague calls or reach at company premises for direct interaction which is quite annoying and time consuming whereas candidates through job portals and recruitment consultancy are creamed and filtered ones. So to avoid such cumbersome circumstances, the company finds it preferable to keep the identity veiled.

Refer for Jobs and earn attractive referral incentives

    1. Log into your Zigsaw account
    2. Whatsapp your email address at 9887890909 and allow us some time to give you the necessary access from the backend.
    3. After the necessary changes have been made, your dashboard would look as below. Click on the Recruiter dropdown box and select Recruiter Dashboard

    4. Enter the mobile number/email address/name of the candidate you would like to refer and click on Search
      • Case1: The candidate does not exist in our database: In this case, click on Add User
        In this case, Fill up the basic details such as the Name, EmailID, Mobile Number, Current Location & upload the candidate’s resume.
      • Case2: The Candidate exists in our Database: In this case click on the candidate’s name to continue to refer this candidate for a Specific Job

    5. Once you have navigated the above step, you would be redirected to a page with a URL like www.zigsaw.in/review_recruiter?name=13 You need to fill in details on this page to complete the referral
      • Source – whether you found the candidate on LinkedIn or our own database or Naukri.com so on and so forth (look at (a) in the figure)
      • Job code – the code you are working on at the moment (look at (b) in the figure). You can leave the Job-code blank for Floater Referral. (Details: https://www.zigsaw.in/jobs/2020/06/08/work-as-a-freelance-recruiter-a-wonderful-wfh-job-opportunity-with-zigsaw/ )
      • Refer by – credentials of  the one who referred the job seeker to you (look at (c) in the figure). You can leave this blank
      • Comment(look at (d) in the figure) – Ideally you should include details around “Why do you think the candidate is a good fit for this role”. You can also include outline of the conversation you had with the candidate in this field. 
      • Status(look at (e) in the figure) – click on the dropdown box and select the status 
      • WhatsApp text(look at (f) in the figure) – Ideally, you should follow-up each call with a potential candidate with a WhatsApp message. You can select “Yes” after sending him/her a standard WhatsApp message.
    6. The status of the referred candidates can be viewed by clicking on Referred Candidates in your header

I have applied for a couple of Jobs at www.zigsaw.in but haven’t received any call from Zigsaw. I am not sure what might be causing it. Can you help? Whenever you apply for any Job, we usually take action on your Job-application within 48 hours of your application. The action would be informed to you via an email/SMS and can be viewed under the Application status tab at www.zigsaw.in/application_status We only sometimes give a personal call/WhatsApp to shortlisted Job-seekers corresponding to their Job-application
What happens when my Job-application was shortlisted by Zigsaw but I haven’t heard from the employer? When we shortlist any application, it is forwarded to the official email address of the HR. If HR finds your application relevant, he/she would get in touch with you soon. However, if you haven’t from the HR/employer in 7-10 days, it usually means one of the below case
  • The HR was not impressed with the answers to the screening question provided by you.
  • The HR estimates that you are under qualified as per their expectations
  • The HR estimates that you are overqualified for the Job (might negatively impact stability)
  • The HR estimates that your salary expectations do not match their expectations from your skills/experience.
  • They have already hired someone else or are in final talks with someone.
  • The position was filled internally.
  • The position went on Hold
